Team & Contact
Johannes and Moritz, who are both from Austria, founded LandPlug in 2026 to address the shortage of land that is suitable for energy-intensive uses in their country.
Johannes has a background in Real Estate Private Equity, having worked for Starwood Capital and Morgan Stanley for about 4 years, including powered land transactions and DC platform asset management exposure.
Moritz brings in-depth legal expertise from his time at leading Austrian law firms, where he specialised in public and regulatory law. He combines this with experience in AI-driven legal technology and data analytics skills.
Together, they combine real estate execution, legal and regulatory strategy, grid-related origination and data-driven site analytics — enabling LandPlug to turn underutilised land into investable powered-land opportunities.
